Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) is owned by ASROC, LLC and is run by Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. The convention will be at the Merchants Exchange Building, located at Julia Morgan Ballroom
465 California Street, 15th Floor, San Francisco, USA Fax. , and is scheduled for August 6 - 7, 2012. Admission fees are listed on the http://www.socialdiscovery.org website. Those that have filled out the form and remit payment have agreed to be an attendee of the convention.

Attendees agree not to publish or re-distribute any materials distributed by Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. for Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012).

REGISTRATION POLICY

The Social Discovery Summit is a private event. Those that have filled out the registration application form and remit payment are requesting attendance. Attendees to the conference certify that they are over Eighteen (18) years of age. Registration is mandatory and may be made via the following means:

PAYMENTS

Registration fees for Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) includes all lunches, refreshments, reception and the convention documentation workbook. Payments may be made by company check, Credit Card, Neteller or PayPal. Please make checks payable to "Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc." and make sure to write the name of the registrant on the face along with "Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012)." ALL CHECK PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED FIFTEEN (15) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE convention.

APPROVAL

Once the registration application form and payment is received, an official invite to the event will be e-mailed. ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., the Merchants Exchange Building and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the conference reserve the right to reject any application for any reason at anytime. In the event of rejection, all payments for registration will be fully refunded.

DRESS CODE

The suggested dress code is business casual.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

We have reserved a limited block of rooms with the hotel for our attendees at a rate of USD $ 239 (single) plus tax. To secure your accommodations, please contact the Merchants Exchange Building at telephone +1 (415) 421-7730 least four weeks in advance and mention that you are an Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) delegate. Please make your reservations early by calling the hotel directly, as we have a limited number of rooms at this rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) All sales are final. There is NO refund for any person or group of persons who wishes to cancel their attendance to the event.

2) If ASROC, LLC and/or Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. decides to cancel the convention, for any reason [except those listed in the Exceptions and Limitation of Liability section (below)], any and all admission fees prepaid shall be fully refunded.

EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., the Merchants Exchange Building and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention will not provide refunds and is held harmless from any and all claims, losses and damages (including attorney's fees and any costs involved because of said claims), on account of: lost or damaged articles; accident; any mishap due to alcohol or drug abuse; death; injury; illness; disruption; delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions; any mechanical or electrical difficulties; strikes; lockouts; police and/or law enforcement activity; act of God; natural disaster; act of War; act of Terrorism; and/or any other event beyond their control.

Applicant on behalf of himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby waive, release, discharge, and agree not to sue ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., the Merchants Exchange Building and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention, its officers, directors, members, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, contractors and sub-contractors, and other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers and if applicable, owners and lessors of equipment and premises used to conduct the Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012), events or activities (collectively the "Releasees"), from any and all claims for damages, injuries, losses, liabilities and expenses which applicant may have or which may subsequently accrue to applicant, relating to, resulting from or arising out of applicant's use and/or participation in any programs, events or activities of Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012), including any injury or damage to applicant's person or property, or to that of any other person or property.

Applicant understands and accepts that Video taken from Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) is restricted without permission from ASROC, LLC and/or Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc.. Unauthorized video and/or filming will result in immediate ejection from the event. Applicant further understands and accepts that images and film obtained at the event is for personal use only. Applicant has no rights to make any non-personal use of any image, film, or video footage obtained at the event, and that applicant cannot sell, transfer, or give the footage or completed film or video to any other party, except for personal use. Applicant agrees to inform anyone to whom applicant gives any footage, film, or video that it must only be used for personal use.

Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Releasees harmless from and against any and all claims for damages, injuries, losses, liabilities and expenses relating to, resulting from or arising out of applicant's participation in any ASROC, LLC and/or Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. program, event or activity.

Applicant agrees that, in the event applicant posts, or allow to be posted, any images (still or video) on a personal website or a website controlled by a third party, that (1) in the event ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) notifies me that any such images must be removed, for any reason whatsoever in ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012)'s sole discretion, applicant will promptly remove or cause to be removed those images; and (2) applicant will place, or cause to be placed, on any website in which such images are displayed a notice that the images can be used only for the poster's personal use and not for any other purpose and that downloading or copying of the images is prohibited. Applicant further agree that, in the event any third party displays or disseminates any of applicant's images in a manner not authorized by this agreement, applicant assigns to ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) the copyright so that ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) can enforce against the third party any restrictions concerning use of the images, and applicant appoint ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., Social Discovery Conference (San Francisco 2012) as applicant's attorney-in-fact to execute any documents necessary to effectuate such assignment.

Applicant agrees that he/she is entering an event that is being photographed and filmed by the event organizers. Attendance and by being present at this location irrevocably consents to being filmed or videotaped and releases all producers and users of such film or videotape from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property or from any infringement of any rights. You further grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without compensation, credit or other consideration. If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded or appear under these conditions, you should vacate and leave the event.

ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants.

ASROC, LLC, Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc., the Merchants Exchange Building and those involved with the preparation/implementation of the convention are not responsible and assumes no liability for any personal property lost and/or damaged at the convention.
